    “My partner and I just recently stayed at Face a la Mer. At first I was a bit weary as I felt the decor was not my modern taste. We started off flying into St. Martin. When we got off the plane to catch the taxi to our ferry I looked around at the island and thought my god, it is so run down and not appealing. Then pulling up to the dock in St. Barts it was a whole different atmosphere. Well kept building, friendly upper class people who where very respectful and polite. Pulling up to the Face A la Mer villa, I thought oh goodness I'm not a fan of what i see. As we walked down the porch the view of the ocean and beachfront slapped me in the face and erased all fears I had since built up. The villa is amazingly situated. Beachfront and just to describe in one word MAGICAL. I was so relaxed and enjoyed every second I was there. As a matter of fact you had to pry me away front of the villa to go into town. The villa is very clean and well kept. A maid came and she was very polite and informative. This is now going to be our yearly vacation spot. It just seems to good to be true!” Jesse
