Recommended Beaches in Anguilla

Shoal Bay East

The pristine white sand of Rendevous Bay beach stretches for 2-miles. It has many accolades for being one of the world's best beaches by tourism authorities and travel magazines alike. It is also the most popular beach on Anguilla and attracts locals, tourists and day trippers from the neighboring island of St. Martin. Shoal Bay is also one of the places in Anguilla where you can here live music on the beach.  If you're up for it, you can catch live music on Saturdays and Sundays at many of the restaurants.

Meads Bay

Dotted with luxury resorts and villas, Meads Bay beach stretches nearly 1.5 miles. The sunsets here are said to be "second to none." This is the perfect beach to just relax and soak up the sun.

Sandy Ground

Tourists and locals alike flock to Sandy Ground beach - mostly for it's lively atmosphere and popular beachfront restaurants. Restaurants and night clubs in the Sandy Ground beach area include Roy's Bayside Grill, The PumpHouse, Elvis Beach Bar, Johnno's, Sunsets, Ripples, Barrel Stay and Reggae Reef.  This is an excellent beach to anchor your boat and a calm beach for kids to swim. There is live entertainment on Thursday nights and Johnno’s is host to live Jazz each and every Sunday. Anguilla’s past favorite time is boat racing and Sandy ground is the venue to 2 of the biggest races.  Anguilla Day (May31st ) and August Monday, (August 2nd )

Rendezvous Bay

This picture-perfect long, satiny beach stretches its sands for nearly 3 miles.                                               

Maundys Bay

The prime beach for the Cap Juluca resort. Perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
