This 10 bedroom villa (all en-suite) is located in approximately 2.5 acres of beautiful tropical gardens with two swimming pools, two small natural beaches, beach pavilion, tennis court, gym, personal cinema and beautiful water garden.

Accomodations

Le Bleu accommodations and facilities consist of 2 areas; Le Bleu and Petite Le Bleu. These areas are linked by attractive landscaped pathways which traverse the properties. The spectacular communal living and entertaining areas are situated on the upper level of Le Bleu - which is accessed by walking through an exquisite water garden and ascending the imposing master staircase.

Le Bleu

• 6 king-size master bedrooms, all en-suite with magnificent ocean views – two upstairs on pool terrace, 4 with private terraces and direct access to garden/sea
• 1 twin room (can be converted to king) with private terrace – also en-suite
• 1 king-size master bedroom (en-suite) with view to water garden
• Rectangular Infinity pool situated in large deck area. Ideally positioned to capture the warm trade winds there are a multitude of attractive loungers and stunning, unobstructed views of the neighboring islands - making this a wonderful sunbathing and entertaining area

• Bespoke ‘built in’ barbeques at both the beach pavilion and pool side at Petite Le Bleu
• Beach pavilion can be set for larger groups but is also perfect for smaller romantic dinners
• Fully equipped chefs kitchen in both Le Bleu and Petite Le Bleu.

By combining our neighbouring Little Harbour Estate properties - Le Bleu and Indigo - we are also able to offer our clients their own personal 18 bedroom luxury resort.

Le Bleu and Indigo are separate and private from each other. However, discreet secure doorways in the adjoining gardens allow for an easy flow of guests between the properties should one party rent both villas. Little Harbour Estates staff are experienced in seamlessly working across both properties – creating a wonderfully intimate – yet incredibly spacious and comfortable experience for your guests. A multitude of flexible dining and entertaining areas mean that guest can be constantly surprised and delighted.
