Central, zoned air-conditioning is installed to all rooms to ensure your comfort. Or, simply enjoy cooling trade breezes and colonial fans for an authentic Caribbean experience.

All doors and windows offer the latest design in hurricane protection making your stay even more secure in the unlikely event of a tropical storm. All are fitted with retractable fly and insect screens and lined with raw silk, total black out drapes to enhance your rest and relaxation during your stay

Moonraker is tastefully furnished with an eclectic mix of modern European furniture and antiques collected and imported from the worldwide travels of the owners.

Ground Floor:

Sea Grape Garden Room: Twin bedroom, double wardrobe (in room safe), I Pod sound base, radio alarm, hair dryer, comfortable seating area, large colonial fan, en suite shower room with sunken waterfall shower (with separate hand held body shower) and designer basin.

Private veranda sporting spectacular sea views reached via sliding panoramic doors overlooking lawned garden, with tropical fauna and sea grape bushes.

Sunberry Suite: King Size bed with designer canopy, extensive lounge and seating area with coffee table, dressing table, double wardrobe (in room safe), I Pod sound base, radio alarm, hairdryer, panoramic tilt and turn picture windows overlooking the garden and spectacular sea views, separate private access to garden via hardwood security door, en suite shower room with designer waterfall shower (with separate hand held body shower) and designer basin.

Wine Cellar fully air-conditioned and temperature controlled. Send your own collection ahead of your stay or inform our staff of your preferences and we will ensure it is fully stocked for your arrival!

Media/Cinema Room Fully air-conditioned with 60 inch plasma with surround sound, multi-region DVD, Wii, X Box and games, DVD collection, beverage center to enhance your viewing pleasure and individual seating for 6.

Main Floor

THE GREAT ROOM at Moonraker Villa is the perfect backdrop for relaxing or entertaining. Its unique design gives the feeling of inside/out living benefiting from a whole width Nana wall glass wall that can completely retract to ensure you have interrupted views and accessibility to the pool & terrace area whilst relaxing amongst eclectic mix of antique furniture. You can enjoy a baby grand piano, drinks cabinet & lit by hand crafted chandeliers or lit with mood lamps while lounging on the hand picked Italian design sofas and chairs chosen for comfort & style. Listen to music of your choice with the built in music system and adjourn & relax after dinner for coffee or liquors in the evenings while gazing at the magnificent views of the nearby islands ST Barts & St Maarten and taking in the cool evening breeze. Alongside the Great room is a state of the art designed kitchen for even the most accomplished chef. A dining table for 12 with a fully equipped dresser will give you all you need to create the atmosphere for a simple dinner of local fare to an elaborate celebration of fine dining !

Savannah Master Suite

The Great Room

• Tastefully decorated throughout with an eclectic mixture of modern Italian designer furniture and antique pieces to include Baby Grand Piano, 3 x 3 seater Italian sofas, drinks cabinet, occasional tables, mood lamp lighting, colonial hardwood columns and handmade decorative chandeliers.
• The Great Room benefits from a whole width �Nana Wall� glass wall which can be fully retracted to open the room onto the vast exterior covered terrace and pool ensuring the best of indoor/outdoor living.
• Enjoy the panoramic views of St Barths and St Martin, our neighbouring islands whilst you relax with your cocktail or aperitif.
• The whole room benefits from a built in music system and amplifier with 4 separate zones for mood music throughout the Great Room and home.
• Dining area adjacent to the Great Room and kitchen with seating for 12, fully equipped dresser for all culinary requirements. Large colonial fan over table.

Kitchen

Luxury Italian designer styled Kitchen, monogrammed Professional 6 burner hob, with griddle, Fridge Freezer with ice dispenser, Professional oven, Professional microwave, warming drawer, wine cooler fridge, beverage centre, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, crockery, glassware and utensils to ensure that your culinary experiences are a pleasure and not a chore!!

Main terrace

• Extensive outdoor terrace with both covered and uncovered veranda areas with sunloungers, easy chairs and occasional tables.
• The heated 100 x 40 ft swimming pool is both luxurious and fun with a seated, swim up bar area, a shallow safe area for children and for the more adventurous a 12 ft deep end suitable for diving and scuba tutorials.
• 12 seat heated Jacuzzi to laze and relax.
• Covered pavilions, main with a local polished stone dining table and seating for 14 and second with in pool seating to relax and splash!

Second Floor

Exterior

In conjunction to the vast terrace and designer pool, all rooms benefit from their own private verandas or patios to ensure that guests can enjoy their own private space and moments away from the main party when desired. All are designed to make full use of the extensive panoramic views to ensure your vacation is enjoyed to the maximum.

Stainless steel and glass railings are fitted throughout for your safety whilst ensuring maximum air and light and of course those panoramic views.

The garden is laid to lawn and incorporates maturing fruit, palm and exotic trees. There are pathways and patio areas interspersed to ensure guests can make full use of all facilities and admire the tropical fauna.

• Complimentary van transfer to villa on arrival and to port on departure
