Nirvana is a beautiful new villa centrally located in North Hill village overlooking the harbor at Sandy Ground. 180 degree view of St. Maarten, the harbor and the spectacular sunsets. Just completed, Villa Nirvana has all the amenities you would want plus the spectacular views.

There are 4 bedrooms in Nirvana as well as a private gym and to die for kitchen. The spacious living room has soft leather sofas, 42" plasma tv and opens to the pool deck. The kitchen is off the living room and has separate stainless steel refrigerator and freezers, GE Profile appliances, wine fridge and ice maker.

The master suite is located on the upper level with private galleries on two sides, spectacular views, and beautiful king size size four poster bed. The flat panel TV hides in the custom made cabinet at the foot of the bed when not in use. A spacious and well appointed master bath features a jacuzzi and top of the line fixtures.

On the main level are two bedrooms, each with wood floors and beautifully decorated. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds which can also be made into a king bed. Each of the ensuite bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs, rainshower heads and travertine marble flooring.

The fourth bedroom is actually a suite located on the lower level complete with a sitting area and small kitchen. A private gym is also located on this lower level with treadmills and other equipment.

This villa has a nicely landscaped garden area with iron gates, security alarm, and plenty of parking. There is wireless internet access provided for the guests.

  • “We just got back from a one week stay at Villa Nirvana. The Villa is absolutely beautiful, the view is incredible, and the location is convenient to the restaurants and night spots at Sandy Ground. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner and property manager who took time to show us how everything worked, and answer our questions. The table was set with an assortment of hot and cold appetizers and the fridge was stocked with cold beer and wine (as well as juice, milk, cream, coffee, and all the other essentials). After a long travel day this was an unexpected, and well appreciated welcome. We were impressed with the extra touches, such as expensive bed linen and towels, spa soaps and shampoos, and the beautiful fresh flower arrangements throughout the villa. The large kitchen was perfect for our group as like to cook, and was equipped with high quality kitchenware, and plenty of pots/pans, place settings, glassware, serving platters, silverware, etc. The house was neat and very clean. The daily house keeping staff did a great job, and the manager checked with us daily to see if there was anything we needed. The best part was an unexpected dinner at one of Anguilla's finest (and expensive) restaurants, which was arranged for and paid for by the owner of Villa Nirvana!! There were a few small issues that came up (as almost always do with a rental), but these were handled promptly and professionally by the staff. I highly recommend Villa Nirvana.” Dan Lowry
