The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed, TV, sliders opening on a balcony which extend the full length of the villa. The large master bathroom has double sinks and both indoor and outdoor showers. Another bedroom on the upper floor also has a king size bed, TV and access to the balcony.

On the main floor are two guest bedrooms ensuite, each with queen beds and TVs, large great room with wet bar, exercise area, kitchen with granite counters and bar, GE Monogram appliances, dining room with fiber optic star ceiling.

The pool deck is spacious and partially covered with outdoor dining and lounging furniture and Weber gas grill. The garden has indigenous plantings and the grounds are fully fenced. A manual gate and security system are also provided.

Tranquil Tides is just 3 minute drive from Shoal Bay East which has been named one of the top beaches in the world. Beach bars, water sports and massages are all available on the beach.
