Jumby Bay, A Rosewood Resort has started Sea-to-Table dinners whereby guests can enjoy their own private fishing trip on the private island’s own Sunseeker. With an abundance of fish in the surrounding seas such as Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Marlin, Tuna and King Fish, a private day sail gives individuals, couples, friends and families a personalised sailing and fishing experience with their own professional crew on-hand and at their service. Lunch, snacks and refreshments are all provided for the trip and on return to Jumby Bay, the resort’s talented chefs or your Estate Homes private chef will cook the day’s catch to guests’ specifications in The Verandah Restaurant’s open kitchen or in residence while the guests look on before serving the sumptuous feast.
Package available for half or full day sails and includes boat hire, equipment, crew, lunch, snacks, refreshments, open kitchen cooking, Chef’s Table meal with pricing starting at $2,500.
