This two-story, three-bedroom villa has a jaw-dropping view of the ocean to the south and an amazing view of the bay to the west. The house has the master bedroom on the ground floor and two guest bedrooms on the second story. Inspired by one of David Flint Wood’s works, the house seeks to emulate the Empire Loyalist wooden architecture of the historic part of Dunmore town peppered with all the modern amenities. A private old-stone stairway leads guests toward the beach. Ample balconies on each floor let in the brilliant sunshine, while state-of-the-art cooling systems and shades keep the interiors temperature controlled. Breezy evenings call for cocktails on the terrace completing the island vibe.

A House Manager is always available to ensure that everything is taken care of according to guests' expectations. Services include personalized check in; welcome cocktails; unpacking suitcases; full housekeeping services including laundry; full concierge services including booking of tours and spa services; and coordinating all food and beverage services. A four-seat golf cart is provided as well.
