Driving
A valid National or International License is needed to drive in Barbados. For $10 Bds., a temporary registration can be obtained from the following: Hastings, Worthing, Holetown Police Stations and at the Licensing Authority which has offices at Oistins, Christ Church; the Pine, St. Michael; and Folkestone, St. James. You may be able to make arrangements through your car rental agency also. Oh yes, driving is on the left.
Barbados Car Rental
We can arrange car rentals for pickup at the airport, or we in many cases, we can have a car delivered to your villa upon arrival. The cost for a 6-passenger vehicle is approximately $400 USD per week.
Barbados Taxis
Fares are fixed and taxis are easily found streetside or villa managers can arrange for a pick-up at the property.
