About Aliseo, Barbados
The main entrance flows into the formal living area with a large spacious kitchen off to the left and also a formal dining area. This open plan living and dining area has French doors that lead out onto a spacious, partly covered terrace overlooking the pool and manicured gardens – with its comfortable chairs and dining table that is the ideal spot for breakfast or a light lunch. Each of the 9 spacious bedroom suites are air conditioned, have ceiling fans, and each has an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. All feature flat screen television with satellite TV.
The master bedroom is set apart from all of the rooms and located on the top floor of the house, it features a very large private terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and views of the grounds stretching out to the ocean. The lower floor of Aliseo is the place to entertain! There is a further open plan living room with a bar area and Karaoke and a games table offering pool and table tennis. There is also an air conditioned home theatre and well equipped gym. A small pantry/kitchen completes this area. From the lower level, French doors lead out to a covered terrace area with BBQ and space for alfresco dining and this flows out to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The house is further complemented by a gazebo that commands sweeping views of the entire property and grounds.
When staying at Aliseo staff will include a butler, housekeeper, laundress, chef and poolside attendant. Other staff are available on request.
The staff at the house are extremely helpful and are able to make arrangements/reservations for you ensuring your stay at Aliseo is as relaxing and easy as possible.
The furnishings at Aliseo contribute to the pleasant ambience of the house. The house is furnished to a very high standard by Robb & Stucky in the USA.
Guests of Aliseo have access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners beach facility at the nearby Sandy Lane beach. This is approximately a 5 minute drive from Aliseo. Our Butler will make all the necessary arrangements for a day at the beach ensuring your Sunloungers are ready and waiting for your use.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our Barbados villas. We will cover the base rental car cost for a 4 passenger economy car and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival.

Please mention BDS2012 at time of booking. Valid only on new reservations made February 15, 2012 through May 31, 2012. Valid on travel through December 15, 2012. 5 night minimum booking. Car rental will be delivered to the villa on day of arrival if before 5pm or the next day for late arrivals. Clients are responsible for 17.5% tax, gas, mandatory liability insurance and Barbados driver’s license. Promotion subject to availability & change. Car will be based on availability. Should economy car type be unavailable, we will cover the base cost of a car rental up to $300/week. No cash value will be provided if rental car is available. Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost. The rate for the base car rental on the first vehicle will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded vehicle. May not be combinable with other offers; additional rental car terms and conditions may apply.
