The house has 2 guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor and the master suite is upstairs, overlooking the polo field. The Fourth bedroom is a separate 1 bedroom Cottage.

- Master bedroom has a King size bed.
- Bedroom two downstairs has twin beds that can be made into a King size.
- The third bedroom has a King size four-poster bed.
- The cottage has a King size bed.
The Master bathroom along with the other two bathrooms all have showers only.
The cottage bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
