This exceptional individually styled 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom, villa is located in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. Guests have full use of the facilities which include an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool and gym as well as a lively club house with restaurant and bar.
The villa benefits from a wide covered terrace which runs the length of the property, from which guests can enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens whilst relaxing or enjoying lunch, dinner or sun down drinks. Spectacular sea views can also be enjoyed from the master bedroom terraces on the upper level of the property.
Fig Tree House has been furnished to the highest standards and has been custom-designed with a local coral-stone finish.
The house includes a house manager and house keeper, who arrange cleaning, laundry, delivery of groceries, booking of activities and anything else you might need whilst in Barbados, as well as in house massages and cooks, to restaurant and luxury cruises – if an additional maid, nanny or cook is required this can be organized for a small additional fee.
2 of the bedrooms are located on the lower level whilst the sumptuous master suites are on the upper level. All bedrooms include air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. The master bedrooms benefits from its own private terraces with sea views. Two additional bedrooms are found in the guest cottage, which is located just yards away from the main house – ideal for friends, relatives or older children who may require their own space.
Royal Westmoreland is within a few minutes drive of the beaches, fine dining beach front restaurants and a selection of bars and shops.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our Barbados villas. We will cover the base rental car cost for a 4 passenger economy car and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival.

Car rental will be delivered to the villa on day of arrival if before 5pm or the next day for late arrivals. Clients are responsible for 17.5% tax, gas, mandatory liability insurance and Barbados driver’s license. Promotion subject to availability & change. Car will be based on availability. Should economy car type be unavailable, we will cover the base cost of a car rental up to $300/week. No cash value will be provided if rental car is available. Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost. The rate for the base car rental on the first vehicle will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded vehicle.
