About Landmark House, Barbados
To compliment the architecture, its furnishings are of the finest quality. It stands at the northern end of the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach, which offers excellent bathing, and commands a view of the entire bay.
The house, built mostly of local coral-stone, has a large open-plan living area and a separate dining pagoda. There are four luxury air-conditioned suites, three on the ground floor level and one on the first floor, each with twin beds and its own private bathroom and a view of the bay.
Tennis is available nearby at the Sandy Lane Property Owners' courts and there is an excellent 18-hole golf course at Sandy Lane just next door. Landmark is a distinguished property and its popularity is easy to understand.
Also for rental on the grounds is Landmark Cottage, which offers an additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Most Barbados rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner – meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes. Please inquire about staffing at your villa at the time of booking.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our Barbados villas. We will cover the base rental car cost for a 4 passenger economy car and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival.

Please mention BDS2012 at time of booking. Valid only on new reservations made February 15, 2012 through May 31, 2012. Valid on travel through December 15, 2012. 5 night minimum booking. Car rental will be delivered to the villa on day of arrival if before 5pm or the next day for late arrivals. Clients are responsible for 17.5% tax, gas, mandatory liability insurance and Barbados driver’s license. Promotion subject to availability & change. Car will be based on availability. Should economy car type be unavailable, we will cover the base cost of a car rental up to $300/week. No cash value will be provided if rental car is available. Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost. The rate for the base car rental on the first vehicle will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded vehicle. May not be combinable with other offers; additional rental car terms and conditions may apply.
