About Nutmeg, Barbados
Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, Nutmeg offers guests their own plunge pool as well as use of the large central swimming pool and surrounding deck at Merlin Bay. This two-storey home has an indoor dining room, a sunken sitting area that opens to the plunge pool and intimate pool terrace. The bedroom on the ground floor also opens to the plunge pool terrace. Dining may also be on the upstairs dining terrace which has an attractive hand painted mural and offers good ocean views across the central swimming pool. Steps from the central coral stone deck lead down to a secluded white beach and the sparkling waters of the Caribbean Sea. Rates also include an efficient and friendly staff to cater to your every need.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our Barbados villas. We will cover the base rental car cost for a 4 passenger economy car and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival.

Please mention BDS2012 at time of booking. Valid only on new reservations made February 15, 2012 through May 31, 2012. Valid on travel through December 15, 2012. 5 night minimum booking. Car rental will be delivered to the villa on day of arrival if before 5pm or the next day for late arrivals. Clients are responsible for 17.5% tax, gas, mandatory liability insurance and Barbados driver’s license. Promotion subject to availability & change. Car will be based on availability. Should economy car type be unavailable, we will cover the base cost of a car rental up to $300/week. No cash value will be provided if rental car is available. Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost. The rate for the base car rental on the first vehicle will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded vehicle. “Nutmeg at Merlin bay villas was just wonderful, we couldn't have asked for more. The furniture and decoration has clearly been selected with love. Everything was well taken care off. We enjoyed ourselves enormously. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a few visitors and they were all very impressed with the villa and the whole complex. They also thought the price was very reasonable (now, don't take the opportunity to raise them! ;-) ), as did we. The pictures on the website were accurate, which is not always the case in my experience. The whole Island was wonderful, so relaxed, friendly people, always willing to help. “The trip was great! The Merlin Bay villas were wonderful and the view was amazing! The Tides was so good, and while we were eating we saw a school of flying fish come up out of the air and 2 stingrays! The Cliff-the best food hands down with very romantic atmosphere. You guys were great and I have already told a few friends about using your company if they plan to be in any of the areas you cover (one of them passed on the info to someone going to the Caribbean soon).
