About Reeds House 9, Barbados

Reeds House No. 9 is a luxury beach-front condominium with spectacular sea views from all rooms. This 2-bedroom unit is located on the first floor, at the southern end of building with direct access to the garden and beach. Furnishings are comfortable and of high standard. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms. One bedroom opens out to the dining terrace. There is a partly covered terrace with spa pool. The dining terrace consists of a dining table (seats 4), with views of the spa pool and beach. A wet bar and bar fridge are available.The cook/housekeeper/laundress will prepare up to 2 meals daily. In addition, she will keep the unit clean and wash your personal laundry.

Most Barbados rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner – meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes. Please inquire about staffing at your villa at the time of booking.

    We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our Barbados villas. We will cover the base rental car cost for a 4 passenger economy car and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival.

    Please mention BDS2012 at time of booking. Valid only on new reservations made February 15, 2012 through May 31, 2012. Valid on travel through December 15, 2012. 5 night minimum booking. Car rental will be delivered to the villa on day of arrival if before 5pm or the next day for late arrivals. Clients are responsible for 17.5% tax, gas, mandatory liability insurance and Barbados driver’s license. Promotion subject to availability & change. Car will be based on availability. Should economy car type be unavailable, we will cover the base cost of a car rental up to $300/week. No cash value will be provided if rental car is available. Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost. The rate for the base car rental on the first vehicle will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded vehicle. May not be combinable with other offers; additional rental car terms and conditions may apply.

  • “We have enjoyed two wonderful holidays at No.9 Reeds House in the last few years. Its a small, exclusive property with exceptional Staff. At that time Marcia looked after us and the apartment and you would not wish for better service. Your very own sun loungers and umberella are placed on the beach for your use, and whilst the beach in front of these apartments is quite narrow, Upper Carlton beach a few steps away is magnificent and virtually unoccupied. You can also walk the beach for quite some distance. A bus stop is just outside Reeds House, and a few steps away the famous John Moores rum shack for a little refreshment. My husband and I would highly recommend this apartment and property.” MARY BALDWIN
