This lovely villa is on over 1 acre of landscaped gardens with more than a dozen different types of palm trees together with many other interesting and unique tropical flora and fauna.
An open-air terrace and dining patio lead to the pool & Jacuzzi, with views across the 3rd tee on the Old Nine golf course, where there is a garden gate giving access to the golf course for walking or jogging.
With perfectly shaped cacique lounge chairs and a double day-bed on the pool deck you can relax and have the tan you have always longed for, or, lounge in the Spanish style covered Gazebo having afternoon tea or spending a lazy tropical afternoon of togetherness with loved ones.
This recently renovated home has every modern convenience, including two 37' flat screen TV's, both with cable and one with a DVD player, an iPod sound stage is in each bedroom, wireless internet along with a Bose CD music centre for those wishing to relax but stay in touch with the latest events.
There are 4 beautifully appointed air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Three of these are upstairs, with the 4th bedroom on the ground floor and of which are outfitted with luxurious, 300-thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen. The ground floor bedroom is very suitable for children and teenagers, with its double, single, and bunk beds. There is also a 5th full bathroom on this floor.
The property has just had a lovely self contained cottage added that includes two en suite bedrooms, sitting areas and kitchen and a plunge pool.
Tenants renting Sandalwood House also have the use of 12 sun loungers stored in a private cabana at the Sandy Lane Property Owners Facilities on Sandy Lane Beach.

Free Rental Car for ALL Barbados Villas!
We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our Barbados villas. We will cover the base rental car cost for a 4 passenger economy car and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival.
Special for: All Barbados Villas
Please mention BDS2012 at time of booking. Valid only on new reservations made February 15, 2012 through May 31, 2012. Valid on travel through December 15, 2012. 5 night minimum booking. Car rental will be delivered to the villa on day of arrival if before 5pm or the next day for late arrivals. Clients are responsible for 17.5% tax, gas, mandatory liability insurance and Barbados driver’s license. Promotion subject to availability & change. Car will be based on availability. Should economy car type be unavailable, we will cover the base cost of a car rental up to $300/week. No cash value will be provided if rental car is available. Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost. The rate for the base car rental on the first vehicle will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded vehicle. May not be combinable with other offers; additional rental car terms and conditions may apply.
