The property is extremely luxurious and has been elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated by Lynn Pemberton of Lynterior Design and includes all the facilities, fixtures and fittings you would expect in one of the finest properties on the island.

You are welcomed to the property via a grand curved walled entrance, which includes electric gates and a tasteful water feature. The entrance forks left and right into 2 brushed concrete driveways one to the side of the house, one for deliveries and the other to the front of the house for visitors and guests. As well as a large double garage there is sufficient parking for an additional 5 cars.

As you enter the house you walk over a charming water feature via a small bridge, which takes you into the entrance hall, to the left and right of which are 2 large ensuite king bedrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a private terrace, which captures the afternoon sun and a large arched window, which provides a view of the golf course and bedroom 2 includes double French doors, which lead directly onto the pool and decking area. Both bedrooms also include a dressing room area.

The entrance hall leads onto the main living room, which is divided in 2, via the clever use of pillars, providing a quieter area for meetings or perhaps a library. From the main living room you can enjoy a perfectly framed view of the fifth hole via the East hall or walk directly onto the pool and decking area, which includes a gazebo and wet bar perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the Caribbean sun.

Either side of the East hall are bedrooms 3 and 4, which include en suite bathrooms, dressing room areas, as well as arched windows providing wonderful views of the golf course.

The living room also takes you into the South hall, which leads onto the TV room and the covered dining room area.

The fully air conditioned TV room which is wired for surround sound and includes the latest audio and visual entertainment equipment provides the perfect opportunity to escape the midday sun.

The covered dining room is located alongside the swimming pool and decking area and is situated in close proximity to the well-equipped kitchen, providing a shady and cool setting for al fresco dining and entertaining. The decking and dining areas also include indoor / outdoor tropical planters and kitchen garden areas which help echo the colours and vibrancy of the Caribbean.

Next to the kitchen are the staff quarters, which include a sleeping area for those who require 24-hour staff as well as toilet and shower facilities and a laundry room and covered drying area.

The master bedroom suite spans the entire top floor of the building and is reached via the beautiful wooden atrium staircase with decorative lighted recesses. At the top of the stairs is an office area, which includes a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea via a large arched window as well as a lockable door for added privacy and security.

The master bedroom includes East and West facing balconies, 1 of which includes a bar, providing breathtaking view of the Sandy Lane Golf Course and the Caribbean Sea. Via the use of discreet foldaway lattice style doors you are kept cool by the continuous breeze day and night whilst still enjoying the fantastic views or for those who prefer air conditioning the balconies also include French doors.

Owners and guests have access to the Sandy Lane Beach Facility with private cabana on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach as well as use of the tennis courts and the World famous Sandy Lane Golf Course.
