Villas On The Beach is located on a beautiful West Coast beach in the heart of Holetown, St. James. This condominium development was designed by well known architect, Ian Morrison.

Villas On The Beach offers an excellent array of amenities within easy walking distance - in fact, you do not even need a car! Fine dining restaurants, bistros, beach bars, water sports, duty free shopping, a large grocery store and a new 24 Hour Medical Center are all within easy reach. World class golf courses at both Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland are only five minutes drive away.

The unit is equipped with cable TV, DVD, CD player and ADSL wireless internet connection. There is also a safe in the master bedroom for the storage of valuables.

Villa rental includes a private housekeeper, Coral, whose duties include housekeeping, laundry and, most importantly, cooking for her guests. Coral's services are available six days per week (8:30am to 1:30pm and 5:30pm to 8:30pm).

The Villas On The Beach Duty Manager or his assistant is on the property five days a week from 8am to 5pm with on site security outside of these hours.

Most Barbados rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner – meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes. Please inquire about staffing at your villa at the time of booking.

    We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our Barbados villas. We will cover the base rental car cost for a 4 passenger economy car and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival.

    Please mention BDS2012 at time of booking. Valid only on new reservations made February 15, 2012 through May 31, 2012. Valid on travel through December 15, 2012. 5 night minimum booking. Car rental will be delivered to the villa on day of arrival if before 5pm or the next day for late arrivals. Clients are responsible for 17.5% tax, gas, mandatory liability insurance and Barbados driver’s license. Promotion subject to availability & change. Car will be based on availability. Should economy car type be unavailable, we will cover the base cost of a car rental up to $300/week. No cash value will be provided if rental car is available. Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost. The rate for the base car rental on the first vehicle will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded vehicle. May not be combinable with other offers; additional rental car terms and conditions may apply.
