It's about a 40 minute drive from the airport and George Town but within easy walking distance of the sleepy and quaint little town of Old Man Bay and only a 10 minute drive to about 5 restaurants, shops, grocery store and water-sport shops. Townhouse # 104 is located on the ground floor.
