Fairway Manor is a 6,000-square-foot 2-story private home overlooking the famous Half Moon 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course and the sea. Its new owner has upgraded the villa with new furniture, new bedding, tile, paint, powder room and televisions throughout … as well as a new inside staircase and enlargement of two of the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The new Family Room includes a bar, pool table, sound system and 52" TV.

Fairway Manor’s rooms open onto verandahs and balconies where the sweeping 120-degree view of luxuriant gardens, golf course, sea and sky is truly breathtaking. Five bedrooms are downstairs on the main pool level. The spacious second floor has two more air-conditioned bedrooms, large living room, a separate entrance and a long covered balcony with a lovely ocean view. A new interior stairway connects the upstairs and downstairs. Delicious meals are prepared by the cook and served in the inside dining area or on the candlelit poolside verandah.

In addition to the championship Half Moon golf course, five minutes away are the world-class Cinnamon Hill and challenging White Witch golf courses. Just minutes down the hill is the lively Half Moon Shopping Village with designer shops, English pub, bars, restaurants and medical facility. Colorful Montego Bay, Doctor’s Cave Beach Club and the “hip strip” are just 14 minutes away.

Unique to Fairway Manor is its scratch golfer, Roy the butler! He will instruct your drives from the lawn. He will play a round with anyone who invites him (no greens fees for Roy -- the club welcomes him complimentary), instructing and challenging through all 18 holes if you wish!

Kingsize 4-poster bed. Spacious en-suite bathroom has Jacuzzi and walk-in shower with vast view of gardens and sea. French doors open to long balcony.

Master Bedroom 2 (300 sq ft)
Optional kingsize or twins beds. En-suite bathroom has tub/shower combination. French doors open to long balcony.

Living Room (1,200 sq ft)
Spacious high-ceilinged room with entertainment center (TV, VCR, sound system), generously furnished on cool stone floors. Six French doors open to upper balcony. Entire area is excellent for entertaining. All upper level rooms open to the 900-square-foot covered balcony. The panorama of the Caribbean Sea is magnificent from this vantage point. Sunsets are unforgettable.

DOWNSTAIRS
Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 (240 sq ft)
Kingsize or twin beds at guests’ option. En-suite bathsroom have tub/shower combinations. Bathroom 5 includes a wonderful outdoor shower too. French doors open to the lower verandah, private pool and spa area.

Bedroom 6 (300 sq ft)
Optional kingsize or twin beds and cozy sitting area in west wing. En-suite bathroom has tub-shower combination. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and garden.

Bedroom 7 (300 sq ft)
Kingsize 4-poster bed. En-suite bathroom has walk-in shower. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and garden.
