Fifteen minutes from Ocho Rios, on Jamaica's fabled North Coast and neighboring Ian Fleming’s "Golden Eye", this 6 acre, luxurious, gated estate accommodates small and large groups and is perfect for family reunions and weddings. Golden Clouds Villa is on a rise overlooking its own private palm fringed white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea. The villa has fantastic snorkeling and diving reefs and spectacular views of the Jamaican coastline and sunsets.

The villa common areas include a large living room which opens directly onto multi-level terraces running the entire waterfront length of the estate. The indoor dining area is directly off the living room and overlooks the sea. A large game room off the pool and exercise room with pool access are also common areas.

All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, with air conditioning, private baths with hair dryers, ceiling fans, and most with TV’s.

The large fresh water pool and surrounding terrace complete with thatched roof gazebo and a game and exercise room all make for an active outdoor setting. A professional tennis court, basketball practice, shuffleboard, playground and croquet complete the outdoor amenities. The villa has a gorgeous white sand beach (man-made, and slightly raised above sea level) with coconut palms, thatched hut and tables, fresh water shower, lounge chairs and night lights.

Other features include digital satellite dish, CD stereo, DVD/VCR library, 1,500 book library, and fax machine.

This fully staffed villa is an outstanding and magical place, renowned for its excellent service staff, luxurious accommodations, superb and varied kitchen skills and preserving the simple island beauty in it’s natural state.

Jamaica Villas

Most Jamaican rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes. A prepaid refundable security/damage deposit is required by most Jamaican Villas usually $500 - $1000 per stay. Please inquire with your Villa Specialist for exact amounts at time of booking.

“We just had our wedding at Golden Clouds, and it was the most perfect wedding I could have ever imagined. It is a magical place to get married, and the staff are the greatest. There were 20 of us staying at the villa for a week and it was the ideal combination of a vacation and wedding. The wedding service was quite formal and elegant, and it was in a beautiful tropical setting with gorgeous flowers and plants everywhere. The food throughout the week was fantastic and the staff couldn't have been more courteous and professional. There were four children that were part of our group and they loved every minute of their time at Golden Clouds. The property is like a huge gated park with every type of exercise and recreation equipment that you can imagine. With a large beach, two swimming pools, tennis court, basketball, and gymnasium, there was never a dull moment. To have our wedding in such a beautiful place was a dream come true. We had a terrific wedding coordinator who looked after everything from the flowers to the music, and so we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings right up to the wedding. My bridesmaids and I had a nice relaxing massage the morning of the wedding while the guys went out for a game of golf. At sunset, we had the wedding on the beach and it was a truly magical experience. After a wonderful dinner, we danced all night to a local band that the wedding coordinator had booked for us. Having been a bridesmaid too many times, I was quite certain that I wanted a destination wedding. I always liked the idea of spending a week with 20 of our closest friends and family instead of spending the same amount of money for a single day for 200 mostly strangers.
