About Hanover Grange, Jamaica

Hanover Grange is set in its own grounds which also include sculpture from the collection. The villa produces its own food from a garden which is run according to strict organic principles. It features fresh herbs along with vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, pak choi, tomatoes and a wide variety of exotic fruits. It was important to Theresa that her guests should be able to enjoy food that the property provided. In addition to the herb and vegetable gardens, the gardeners have created a garden that allows flora and fauna to be brought in to decorate the home.

The house itself is located at Tryall, the most exclusive private estate in Jamaica, renowned for its privacy and security. Hanover Grange has sea views from most rooms. Holiday membership of Tryall Club allows guests access to all the facilities on the estate which include private beach club, an 18 hole championship golf course, superb tennis courts and a fitness suite.

The house is run on environmentally friendly principles. Waste is eliminated where possible and the guests' wellbeing is prioritized.

There is a complete focus on your needs from your early morning coffee - choose from a cafétière, an Italian espresso or cappuccino or Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee - to the end of the day when you put your head on the pillow you have chosen from the pillow menu. The owners and staff have tried to anticipate and accommodate your every need.

Tryall Club

Hanover Grange is located at Tryall which is the best known private estate in Jamaica, renowned for its privacy and security. Holiday membership of Tryall Club allows our guests access to facilities on the estate which include private beach club, an 18 hole championship golf course, superb tennis courts and a fitness suite.

Hanover Grange is fully staffed with its own chef, butler, housekeepers, laundress and gardeners.

Jamaica Villas

Most Jamaican rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes. A prepaid refundable security/damage deposit is required by most Jamaican Villas usually $500 - $1000 per stay. Please inquire with your Villa Specialist for exact amounts at time of booking.

TRYALL CLUB TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE: Tryall is a private club whose members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of golf, food and beverage, and spa services. Complimentary amenities include the beach, water sports, tennis, the excellent gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party and various special events. The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.

Hanover Grange opened in 2010. It was designed and built as the Jamaican home of Theresa and Andrew Roberts, one of Europe's most prominent collectors of Jamaican art.
