Sunset is a three-bedroom villa with the perfect location for a seaside escape. This beautiful villa sits on the edge of the Caribbean Sea. Sunset is ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts, and for families with children who love to frolic in sea and sand. Breathtaking vistas of Montego Bay and the island’s spectacular coastline are visible from Sunset villa, while it is an easy walk to the golf practice range, putting green and first tee.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en suite bathrooms for your comfort. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and two guest bedrooms have two twin beds each.

The large living room, as well as all bedrooms face the Caribbean Sea and have French doors that lead to the pool, patio and beach. The living room also features a wet bar, cable television and CD player for your entertainment. Sunset is pleased to provide its guests with the use of a complimentary golf cart. Your private, welcoming villa staff is comprised of a superb team of cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener.

Jamaica Villas

Most Jamaican rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes. A prepaid refundable security/damage deposit is required by most Jamaican Villas usually $500 - $1000 per stay. Please inquire with your Villa Specialist for exact amounts at time of booking.

TRYALL CLUB TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE: Tryall is a private club whose members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of golf, food and beverage, and spa services. Complimentary amenities include the beach, water sports, tennis, the excellent gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party and various special events. The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.
