New in 2012, our exclusive villa guests will be receiving additional premium amenities. Complimentary valet parking will be included in all villa reservations, as well as a daily breakfast buffet for each villa guest at Kea Lani Restaurant (four guests daily for two-bedroom villas and six guests daily for three-bedroom villas). The buffet features a made-to-order omelet station, eggs benedict, buttermilk pancakes, Belgium waffles, link sausage and smoked bacon, as well as Asian style breakfast foods such as rice and miso soup. The buffet boasts a wide variety of local seasonal fruit including guava, mountain apples, rambutans and papaya. Fresh from the oven treats, such as mango bread and banana nut bread, are also baked in the resort’s pastry shop each morning.

Notes
- Fairmont Kea Lani is pleased to announce that the resort will undergo enhancements this fall starting on August 15, 2011 and will continue through February 2012. During the renovation, all operations at The Fairmont Kea Lani will continue as normal, with the exception of the limited changes to the restaurants and the availability for dining. All renovation will stop over the holidays and specifically 12/17/11 – 1/2/12 and work will begin again on 1/3/12 – 2/2012. Kō restaurant itself will be closed during this period and blocked off with tasteful, temporary enclosures. Although the restaurant will be closed, entrees on the Kō menu will be available at other restaurants. Each day there will still be one restaurant open for breakfast and lunch and two restaurants open for dinner. The Caffe Ciao Bakery & Deli and Luana Lounge will remain open and 24-hour in-suite dining will be available. Reopening in March 2012, the new Kō will feature contemporary design elements and décor inspired by the sugarcane plantation era. The new space will include sweeping curved walls, a floating shaded roof, a dynamic action bar, built in seating banquettes and porcelain tile flooring. It will be Wailea’s newest hot spot for live entertainment and innovative plantation-inspired cuisine.
- Effective December 20, 2011, The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui will be completely non- smoking including all suites and villas. Designated smoking areas are available on the grounds of the property if guests want to smoke.

- You will be on Keolani Place (Hwy 380) as you leave the airport.
- Continue straight through the intersection as you pass Costco and KMart on your left. This will take you onto Dairy Road. (350)
- Continue on Dairy Road to traffic light at Puunene Avenue. Turn left onto Puunene Avenue. (311)
- Go straight and you will see a Sugar Mill on your left. Stay right as Puunene changes into Mokulele Hwy. (Hwy 311)
- Continue down Mokulele Hwy approximately 6 miles, as it changes into Piilani Hwy. (Hwy 31)
- Continue south on the Piilani Hwy (Hwy 31) until it ends(approximately 6 miles) and turns into Wailea Ike Drive.
- At the end of Wailea Ike Drive turn left onto Wailea Alanui. Turn right into the entrance to The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui.
