This beachfront single-level home is easy to enjoy - comfortable, pretty, charming, and beautifully appointed. This is not your average vacation home. The care and expense provided at Indo Lotus puts it in a class by itself compared with other casual family-friendly beach homes on Maui.

Indo Lotus has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central air conditioning, an alarm system, and a private hot tub. Bedding: King Bed in Ocean/Beachfront master, Queen Bed in Ocean/Beachfront master bedroom two, Queen Bed in Garden view bedroom three, Two Twin Beds or One more King Bed in Garden view bedroom four.

There is really no other setting in South Maui as nice as that of Indo Lotus - at such affordable prices for an above-average beach home. Perched up on a slight slope above the beach, it offers the prettiest panoramic beach and ocean front vistas on Maui. Indo Lotus faces west towards Maui's famous moonsets and sunsets. During winter season, the sun sets just off-shore - within a direct view from your vacation home. From Indo Lotus it is just steps to the sand! The Indo Lotus House is one of the only vacation homes on Maui set directly on Kamaole One Beach aka "Charley Young" Beach. There is nothing between the wide grass lawn and the beautiful blue Pacific ocean. Jump in your own hot tub at anytime of day or night. It is placed in the garden where there is a clear view of Maui's famous star-studded night skies.

Kamaole I Beach is just one of half a dozen golden sand swimming beaches that run down the length of the south Maui coastline. You can go for endless beach walks, or when the surf is up you can paddle board, skim board, boogie board or surf at the beach. Indo Lotus House is located within one block of Cove Park, a family-friendly small beach park that is ideal for learning to surf or paddle board. Equipment rentals are available across the street.

Stay here and enjoy a great location, excellent amenities, delightful sunsets, home-like atmosphere, and convenient access to Kihei Town and Wailea Resort. From this private residence you can walk to Starbucks, a movie theater, a public library, all types of shops and boutiques, casual cafes and intimate restaurants, a grocery store, yoga center, salon/spa, sporting goods rentals, rental bike shop, bars and entertainment venues, and a large park with night-lit free basketball and tennis courts.

The extensive updating project has given this perfectly situated beach home an all-new vibe. What's new? Almost everything! Indoors and outdoors all of the wood surfaces have been re-stained, and there is new paint everywhere. Outdoors we added padded reclining chaise lounge chairs for the garden, and we created an orchid garden on an accent wall made of lava rock. The garden is full of fresh tropical colorful plants. Over the outdoor dining patio there are brand new lighted ceiling fans, and just outside of the kitchen is a portable top-quality Weber gas grill. Other features of the patio include marine theme wall art, dining for 8 at 2 tables, copper vases with live plants and bamboo poles, and a sofa set for fresh-air naps and entertaining.

Every room indoors has been fabulously refreshed. In the living room there is unlimited NetFlix access, a new HD television with HD digital DVR, iPod dock, BluRay CD/DVD player, CD stereo, new ceiling fans, new leather sofa set, new "bamboodle" dark stained wood furniture, live plants, and stylish modern-style giclee art work.

Each bedroom has been extensively updated with new mattresses, iPod dock alarm clock radios, new televisions, CD/DVD players, digital cable boxes, new paint, new amenities and supplies, and fine hotel-quality high thread-count all cotton linens. There are at least 6 pillows in each bedroom along with a choice of different blankets in various fabrics and weights. Bedroom four - with 2 twins or 1 king bed has a Wii game console so bring your games with you!

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with an abundant supply of glassware including champagne flutes, martini glasses, red wine ballons, and cookware and service ware.

Other amenities for your convenience while staying at Indo Lotus include: cappucino/espresso maker, security alarm system, abundant hangers, luggage racks, hair dryers, make-up mirrors, custom tropical toiletries, and plenty of paper, soap and cleaning products all pre-stocked. Also, private tent cabanas are available to rent for $500 per day at the Grand Wailea Resort pool area. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea pools & waterslides (height requirement applies) for up to four persons per day per cabana. Reservations are accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis. You do not have to stay at the Grand Wailea to enjoy this amenity. Housekeeping

If rented for 7 nights or longer at the full published rate (for select peak periods), a thorough and comprehensive complimentary mid-week housekeeping service is provided on day 3 or 4 of each week, for up to 6 hours in total, which includes a complete bed and bath linen change and general cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning may be excluded for select off-season or deeply discounted periods. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets, extra bed linens, paper products, and various cleaning and soap products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. Personal laundry service and cookware cleaning is excluded from the mid-week service. Within your private villa there is a laundry room with a super-sized washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, and 2 irons and ironing boards. During the Christmas and New Years holiday period, DAILY housekeeping is provided, with the exception that there is no housekeeping service on Christmas Day December 25 and on New Years Day January 1. Additional housekeeping service is $35 per hour per housekeeper plus 4.166% GE tax with a 3 hour minimum
