For entertainment, this newly updated and upgraded villa provides five state of art super-thin televisions with HD programming, and five CD/DVD player, iPod docks, HD digital cable boxes including one DVR/PVR, and unlimited NETFLIX and PANDORA downloads. There is also a XBOX 360 with KINECT for youngsters to enjoy after a day at the beach.

There is also a fully stocked laundry room with an array of complimentary laundry supplies, a Stainless Viking gas BBQ grill on a spacious covered alfresco veranda, and high thread-count sumptuous pure cotton bed and bath linens.

There is seating for eight guests at both the indoor AND outdoor dining tables. The photos of the outdoor dining area show just six seats, however please know that this table can be enlarged to comfortably seat eight to ten guests for romantic ocean view dining.

The living room was created so that eight guests may sit together in comfort to enjoy conversation or to watch a movie together. There are eight seats at the supremely comfortable and cushy sofa.

Situated on the TOP FLOOR, this is a true "Penthouse" villa with expansive and superlative panoramic Pacific Ocean and Wailea Beach views. This elegantly contemporary residence boasts over 3,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor prime living space with 4 bedrooms all with new ultra-lux mattresses (King, California King, Queen, Queen). One of the four bedrooms doubles as a private office space that can be closed off from the great room by mahogany paneled french doors. L509 has 3 full bathrooms. The master bath has a deep soaking tub and separate glass shower and a large walk-in custom finished closet. The second master bath has a glass shower, and the third bath has a tub and shower combination. The third queen room and the den/bedroom share the third bath. Two additional twin size single beds are available upon request (with advance notice) which may be placed where needed for additional sleeping options. A weekly rental fee applies for the twin beds. Maximum occupancy may not exceed 8 guests including walking children.

Borrowing from the name "Sandcastles Suite", we blended vintage Hawai'iana elements and a beach theme with some modern touches to create a unique and extremely pleasant top quality living space. The color palette in the great room, master bedroom and third bedroom all share a variety of warm seaside tones including gold, sand, creme, light and dark browns, vanilla, yellow, light green, silver and copper. The den office bedroom features a cheerful mix of turquoise and mauve. A large wall mirror reflects the panorama of the statuesque Mount Haleakala. The second master bedroom features a wall mural of Maui's famous lavender color Jacaranda trees that can be seen blooming each spring in our "upcountry" flower and farm region.

Off the great room is a large ocean view outdoor alfresco veranda with lounge chairs, a dining table that is instantly adjustable to seat six or eight guests, and a Viking stainless gas grill. The ocean views from the veranda are stunning - enjoy a broad panorama of the big blue Pacific Ocean including Maui's famous sunsets!

We created Sandcastles Suite to rival the elegant but subdued ambiance of the Club Floor Lounge of the nearby Four Seasons Wailea. The travertine great room floors were recently polished to a high shine to help reflect Maui's golden sunshine inside the villa. The furnishings are an exceptional and eclectic blend of tropical touches with contemporary and traditional pieces artfully blended to create an exceptional environment for discerning travelers. The living area is enhanced with an oversized hand-knotted wool and silk blend imported carpet that also reflects the colors of the beach. An abundance of fluffy soft extra-large throw pillows make the 3 wrap-around sofas a comfortable place to relax and gather as a group of friends or family. The oversized gathering space has a 55 inch super-thin Samsung HD television with HD programming and unlimited NETFLIX and PANDORA direct downloads, XBox 360 with KINECT, digital cable DVR/PVR, ipod dock, built-in surround sound speaker system, amplifier, wired and wireless internet, DVD/CD player. Each of the four bedrooms features a large new flat panel television (most are ultra-thin HD Samsung brand), DVD/CD player, Digital cable box (some with DVR/PVR), unlimited NETFLIX and PANDORA direct downloads, and HD program subscriptions.

Eight guests can dine in elegant surroundings indoors at the hand-carved outrigger canoe shape dining table. Inside the canoe table, and viewable through the oversized beveled glass table top is an artful array of polished sea shells! An additional 4 guests can dine at the kitchen island on comfortable vanilla leather padded bar stools. Along the wall in the dining room is a set of four sea shell designs each hand-embroidered on silk and set in mirrored frames. The frames and the droplet crystal chandelier set over the dining table reflect an abundance of light. All of the design elements work together to create a bright and sunny living space. All of the decor in L509 is unique and the best possible quality available in the islands.

The kitchen is one of our favorite rooms to talk about. There is a Bosch Tassimo T-capsule espresso and coffee maker, 2 traditional drip coffee makers with thermal carafes, two refrigerators, 2 beverage drawers, double freezer, built-in microwave, convection range, Bosch dishwasher, and a ceramic glass Ceran cooktop. For those who enjoy cooking fresh food, the kitchen offers every type of small appliance one can think of, including an array of quality crystal glassware, plate-ware, and service ware. At night the scene is illuminating with dancing tiki torches - very romantic! This nearly perfect central location is most convenient to access The Shops at Wailea and the Grand Wailea Resort. There is no need to rent a car! Walk to everything, including fine dining, shopping, spas, salons, and all types of recreation and pampering.

Housekeeping

Light daily hotel-style housekeeping service is provided complimentary for full rate reservations, which includes re-making the beds, disposing of rubbish, replacing supplies, changing towels, and a quick general tidy-up. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. Additional service may be requested in advance at an additional cost. Personal laundry service is not provided during the daily service, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing dry cleaning and laundry service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. During the Christmas and New Years holiday period, DAILY housekeeping is provided, with the exception that there is no housekeeping service on Christmas Day December 25 and on New Years Day January 1. Housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Barbeque

Sandcastles Suite has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outside on the spacious private ocean view terrace.

Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

A parking space in the garage is provided at no charge. Extra unmarked and complimentary parking stalls are available outside of the garage.

There is a long rectangle shape indoor dining table which seats eight guests, as well as four bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Outdoor Dining

There is comfortable dining space on the lovely ocean view outdoor private terrace for as many as six to eight guests at a table that expands as needed.

Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Internet Access

Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers. An ethernet cable is provided for hard-wire connections.

Office

For your convenience there is a complete array of office supplies stocked as well as an answering machine, and fax/scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open daily.

Home Theater

The Great Room is equipped with a large flat panel new television with HD digital channel subscription.
