Located on the site of the original Kapalua Bay Hotel, you will stay in a sublime residence with more than 3,700 square feet of living space. This villa was just purchased and decorated and furnished in fall 2011, so all of the interior contents and amenities are all brand new and in perfect condition.

From the spacious outdoor living area, gaze out towards Kapalua Beach and turquoise color sea coves. Kapalua Beach, a sandy beach where calm clear waters wash gently against golden sands, is one of the world`s most favored beaches.

Guests of this villa will receive complimentary services from the attentive beach personnel including assistance with setting up beach chairs and towel service. At Kapalua Beach you may also rent snorkel sets, boogie boards, surfboards, or schedule a scuba dive, kayak adventure, or sailing excursion.

Sea Mist Villa 2403 is situated on the fourth floor (five floors total) in the oceanfront row of the whole ownership private apartments. From 2403 you have an unobstructed panoramic direct view of the sparkling sapphire-blue Pacific Ocean. You can also see all of the swimming pool area with its cascading waterfalls, grottos, and lushly planted garden islands.

From the semi-private elevator step out into your own private entry foyer. Through a solid glass double door you step into a spacious hallway with rich dark mahogany hardwood floors. The hallway leads your gaze straight ahead down the entry hallway, through the great room, out onto the veranda and then out towards the broad Pacific ocean and pool areas. The great room has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that frame one of the best views on the island of Maui. Just outside, tiki torches dance at night, rays of crimson and scarlet or golden sunsets glisten off the cascading swimming pools, and the palm trees gently sway in soft cooling ocean breezes.

Sea Mist Villa 2403 was meticulously designed and elegantly appointed with your comfort and convenience in mind. There are four bedrooms (two California King beds in two master suites, two queen beds in the third bedroom, a third queen bed in the den alcove off the kitchen), three and a half bathrooms, a fabulously well-equipped kitchen, private enclosable ocean front dining room, in-villa Bosch laundry room, HD subscription on five HD oversized flat panel televisions, iPod docks, HD DVD/CD players in all bedrooms and even a television in the master bath adjacent to the deep soaking tub!

Indoors, Sea Mist Villa is decorated in a young traditional style with elegant high-end furnishings made of solid teak and other natural woods. We added some colorful and whimsical accent pieces that represent an array of ocean, tropical, and beach themes. The eclectic palette includes greens, yellows, golds, coral, teal, turquoise, and chocolate brown.

The private dining room can be closed off from the kitchen and great room, so you may enjoy peaceful conversation in a private setting. The indoor dining table seats eight to ten guests. Your private villa within this select hideaway has an oversized covered oceanfront terrace with abundant fresh-air lounging and dining space. There is an expanding dining table on the terrace that seats up to 8 guests. Sea Mist Villa also has a Viking gas BBQ grill and wet bar sink and fridge on the outdoor patio. There are two solid teak reclining chaise lounge chairs, a low-rise cushioned sectional sofa that seats 8, and a five foot padded teak bench. There is plenty of lounging and dining space for all guests - all with a panoramic direct oceanfront view. The outdoor living area is so comfortable you may never want to venture down to the swimming pools or the ocean front walking path.

You may begin each day with a latte made fresh on your own Illy-brand espresso machine. The kitchen is complete with every imaginable small appliance - for your cooking pleasure. To name just a few fun things we added, there is a thermal pot automatic coffee maker, coffee grinder, fine supply of fresh beans and tea, electric tea kettle, top-quality high-powered blender, waffle maker, juicer, mixer, rice cooker, hot air popper, and an extensive assortment of fine quality cookware, knives, white china plateware, clear crystal glassware (martini, margarita, white wine, red wine, champagne flutes, pilsners, etc.), sugars, herbs and spices, plastic glassware and paper plates for kids, and other to-go supplies. Further, this true gourmet kitchen also features premium appliances such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser, Sub-Zero wine fridge, 7 burner Wolf gas cooktop, Wolf brand microwave and convection oven, two Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawers, and two additional refrigerated beverage drawers.

Throughout this exceptional resort residence are first-rate electronics, including five over-sized flat panel HD televisions (all with HD subscription and HD cabling/digital boxes), an HD DVR (record your favorite show while at the beach), 5 iPod docks, 5 HD DVD/CD players, Blu Ray disc player, great room surround sound speakers, and a television in the master bath.

The Kapalua Spa embraces the healing properties of water, warm breezes, and fresh air. While in the Spa guests receive access to enjoy the cardio, strength and Kinesis Circuit System in the fitness gym, along with use of the men`s and women`s relaxation rooms - each with sauna, steam, and private outdoor whirlpools. Kapalua Resort recently launched an adventure outpost situated at the foot of Pu`u Kukui, West Maui`s highest peak. The Outpost has a 3,000 square-foot pavilion and observation deck, two suspension bridges over natural ravines, a four-station climbing tower, high ropes challenge course and eight dual-track zip-lines spanning nearly two miles in length.

Housekeeping

If rented for 7 nights or longer at the full advertised rate, a thorough and comprehensive complimentary mid-week housekeeping service is provided on day 3 or 4 of each week, for up to 8 hours in total, which includes a complete bed and bath linen change and general cleaning. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets, extra bed linens, paper products, and various cleaning and soap products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. Personal laundry service is excluded from the mid-week service. Within your private villa there is a laundry room with a super-sized Bosch washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies. There are 2 irons and ironing boards in Sea Mist Villa. During the Christmas and New Years holiday period, DAILY housekeeping is provided, with the exception that there is no housekeeping service on Christmas Day December 25 and on New Years Day January 1. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Barbeque

There is a Viking stainless steel BBQ grill, a wet bar sink, and a mini-fridge on the outdoor terrace.

Indoor Dining

An oversized teak wood dining table defines the dining room. The great room adjoins the kitchen, but it can be closed off with pocket doors for complete privacy. The dining table seats eight to ten guests for candle-light indoor dining. A separate black galaxy granite breakfast bar/counter in the kitchen seats three more persons.

Outdoor Dining

There is a dining table that seats eight to ten guests on the private oceanfront sun-shaded terrace.

Gym

Access to the Kapalua Spa is available at no charge if purchasing a spa treatment. Otherwise, a moderate Spa access fee of $55 plus tax per person per day applies. Once in The Spa it offers a fantastic state-of-art Kinesis fitness circuit. This is the only one of it`s type in Hawai`i. Also available to guests of The Spa is another swimming pool, hot tubs, and separate sauna and steam rooms for men and women. There are expansive changing areas with showers, restrooms, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and locking storage units. There is also a first-class spa that offers various treatments and therapies. Please ask the Concierge for the spa menu of services.

Complimentary no-charge wireless and ethernet cable high speed internet service is available throughout the villa, however please bring your own computer.

The den room located off the great room can serve as a private office. A good supply of office equipment and office supply are there for your use, along with ethernet jacks, wireless internet service, desk and chair, printer/scanner.
