This elegantly contemporary residence boasts over 2,750 square feet of indoor and outdoor prime TOP FLOOR CORNER living space with three bedrooms (king, king, and queen bed), 3 full bathrooms, large outdoor corner L-shape veranda, in-villa Viking gas BBQ grill, fully equipped kitchen with gourmet-quality appliances and cooking supplies, and a laundry room.

Wailea Paradise was fully re-modeled and re-furnished in June 2011 with an entirely all-new interior decor. Now featured in Wailea Paradise H501 are hardwood floors in the bedrooms, Italian plaster custom hand-crafted walls, ultra-lux bed and bath linens, top-shelf electronics including a 3D Samsung super-slim HDTV with unlimited NETFLIX and PANDORA service, kitchen goods, original art, rugs, and patio furniture.

We created Wailea Paradise to rival the elegant but subdued ambiance of the Club Floor Lounge of the nearby Four Seasons Wailea. Borrowing from the name "Wailea Paradise", the decor is rich with warm seaside tones of mahogany, cappuccino, gold, sand, champagne, and rustic blues. The travertine floors are enhanced by rare imported hand-knotted wool and silk carpets. The furnishings are all exceptional custom crafted pieces imported from the mainland in a blend of tropical and traditional styling that blends together in a aesthetically pleasing manner. Wailea Paradise has an exceptional above-average ambiance and appearance.

The great room is an oversized communal gathering space with a 55 inch unltra-thin 3D HD Samsung television with NETFLIX and PANDORA service, HD DVR digital cable box, ipod dock with surround sound speaker system, Samsung 3D Blu-Ray DVD player, Onkyo receiver with sub-woofer, and a wireless printer/fax/scanner.

The alfresco covered ocean view veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill, padded cocktail seating, and a four to six person Brown Jordan outdoor dining set.

The kitchen is one of our favorite rooms. There is a Breville espresso machine and two coffee makers, wine fridge, 2 beverage drawers, double freezer doors, Sub-Zero fridge, built-in microwave, convection range, Bosch dishwasher, and a ceramic glass Ceran cooktop. For those who enjoy cooking fresh food, the kitchen offers every type of small appliance along with a quality array of glassware, plate-ware, and service-ware. You are invited to make use of the Belgian waffle-maker, juicer, blender, toaster oven, mixer, hot air popcorn popper, rice cooker, spices/herbs and other conveniences supplied in H501.

Private tent cabanas are available to rent for $500 per day at the Grand Wailea Resort pool area. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea pools & waterslides (height requirement applies) for up to four persons per day per cabana. Reservations are accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis. You may also rent sports gear and beach chaise lounges/umbrellas in front of the Grand Wailea on Wailea Beach, although we also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers in your villa or home.

Makena Resort, only a few minutes drive away provides the additional exceptional Makena North Golf Course and half a dozen other sandy beaches nestled between secluded scalloped coves of ancient lava rock. Located in the southwest corner of the "Tower Building" this villa may have the very best views within Wailea Beach Villas! This nearly perfect end-unit location is most convenient to access The Shops at Wailea and the Grand Wailea Resort. There is no need to rent a car! Walk to everything, including fine dining, shopping, spas, salons, and all types of recreation and pampering.

Housekeeping

Daily hotel-style housekeeping service is included complimentary. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. Personal laundry service is excluded, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. During the Christmas and New Years holiday period, DAILY housekeeping is provided, with the exception that there is no housekeeping service on Christmas Day December 25 and on New Years Day January 1. Housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Barbeque

Wailea Paradise Villa has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outside on the spacious private ocean view veranda.

Security System

Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

Parking

A parking space in the garage is provided at no charge. Extra unmarked and complimentary parking stalls are available outside of the garage.

Indoor Dining

There is a rectangle indoor dining table which seats six to eight guests and several bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Outdoor Dining

There is comfortable dining space on the lovely ocean view outdoor private terrace for as many as six guests, as well as a padded double cocktail seating.

Gym

Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Internet Access

Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers. An ethernet cable is provided for hard-wire connections.

Office

For your convenience there is a complete array of office supplies stocked as well as an answering machine, and fax/scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open daily.

Home Theater

The Great Room is equipped with a large 55" flat panel super-thin Samsung 3D television with HD channel subscription and NETFLIX and PANDORA service.
