With stunning views of the Robert Trent Jones II golf course and Nevis Peak, these residence villas are nestled among palm trees and surrounded by lush gardens. They are supported by the amenities and personal service of Four Seasons Resort Nevis. Each villa features a private pool set in tropical gardens.

- They are also a short stroll or golf-cart ride from the pools, restaurants and facilities of the Resort.
- They feature spacious living quarters with cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped, open-concept gourmet kitchen, a washer and dryer, multiple televisions, and DVD and CD players.
- These residences enjoy an infinity pool or a lap pool with a sunning deck that is surrounded by foliage for privacy.
- The ground floor boasts a 78 square-metre (845-square-foot) wraparound screened veranda, and there are 20 square metres (221 square feet) of balconies on the second floor.
- A six-seater golf cart is provided with each residence rental. Additional carts are available at a cost of approximately USD 100.00 per cart, per day.

Please note that effective Nov 1, 2011 the round trip transfer charges to / from St. Kitts and Four Seasons will be $130 USD for adults and $65 USD for children (ages 5-11). Complimentary transfers for children age four (4) and under. Guests arriving at St. Kitts Robert Llewelyn Bradshaw Airport (SKB) will be met after clearing Customs and Immigration. The Resort’s private water launch will then transport guests directly to the Resort pier. The round trip charge will be added to guest's incidental charges and is payable at checkout.
