Four-Bedroom Sunset Hill Residence Villas provide stunning views of the Resort and the Caribbean Sea from the shoulders of Nevis Peak. They promise convenience and exclusivity, supported by the amenities and personal service of Four Seasons Resort Nevis.
Features
- Situated at the centre of the Robert Trent Jones II golf course, the villas are set in a distinctive neighbourhood with lush gardens and stunning sunset views.
- They are a short golf-cart ride from the pools, beach, restaurants and facilities of the Resort.
- Contemporary and expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces are offered, including a private pool and over 110 square metres (1,200 square feet) of porch.
- Spacious living quarters feature cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped, open-concept gourmet kitchen, a washer and dryer, multiple televisions, and DVD and CD players.
- Ensuite bathrooms and a guest powder room are included for convenience.
- A six-seater golf cart is provided with each residence rental. Additional carts are available at a cost of approximately USD 100.00 per cart, per day.
- This spacious four-bedroom residence villa can be configured as a five-bedroom villa with the addition of an adjacent cotttage. Different rates apply, please contact the Hotel for details.

Please note that effective Nov 1, 2011 the round trip transfer charges to / from St. Kitts and Four Seasons will be $130 USD for adults and $65 USD for children (ages 5-11). Complimentary transfers for children age four (4) and under. Guests arriving at St. Kitts Robert Llewelyn Bradshaw Airport (SKB) will be met after clearing Customs and Immigration. The Resort’s private water launch will then transport guests directly to the Resort pier. The round trip charge will be added to guest's incidental charges and is payable at checkout.
