With breathtaking views from 98 metres (320 feet) above the Caribbean Sea, this villa is reminiscent of stately British plantation homes. Situated in a distinctive neighbourhood at the top of the Robert Trent Jones II golf course, the villa is secluded within lush private gardens.
It is a 10-minute golf-cart ride from the pools, beach, restaurants and facilities of the Resort.
A 142-square-metre (1,530-square-foot) covered porch is furnished with a table for six and a barbecue.
Landscaped private gardens, iron lounge chairs with cushions, chairs and a table surround the home's private pool.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has marble and corian counters and a kitchen table that seats four; the home also features a washer and dryer, multiple televisions, and DVD and CD players.
Ensuite master bathrooms and a guest powder room are included.
A six-seater golf cart is provided with each residence rental. Additional carts are available at a cost of approximately USD 100.00 per cart, per day.

Please note that effective Nov 1, 2011 the round trip transfer charges to / from St. Kitts and Four Seasons will be $130 USD for adults and $65 USD for children (ages 5-11). Complimentary transfers for children age four (4) and under. Guests arriving at St. Kitts Robert Llewelyn Bradshaw Airport (SKB) will be met after clearing Customs and Immigration. The Resort’s private water launch will then transport guests directly to the Resort pier. The round trip charge will be added to guest's incidental charges and is payable at checkout.
