The villa's thoughtful design takes full advantage of the breathtaking views from every room and offers remarkable privacy and peacefulness.

Mainly built on one level, the master bedroom is located off the kitchen on one side of the villa while the other two bedrooms are located off the living room on the opposite side of the villa. All bedrooms are similarly decorated in a contemporary style. Indoor and outdoor living and dining areas make this villa ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

SPECIAL NOTE: this villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.

Newly expanded 1500 sq.ft. limestone and exotic hardwood deck with poolside chaise loungers. A second dining table at pool level.

BBQ, Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Icemaker, Toaster, Wine Cooler Well-equipped kitchen with gas stove w/electric griddle. There is an outdoor stainless steel BBQ grill. and opens to the view. Breakfast bar.

Dining Room

Located on the covered terrace. Beautiful ocean views & cool breezes. Ambient lighting, large, comfortable table & chairs.

Living Room

DVD Player, Stereo, TV Spacious, airy living room w/ high teak ceilings, opens onto 2 private courtyards. Comfortable furniture. Done in soft grey tones.

Study

Located off the master bedroom an office study with 110V/220V electrial.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom, Hair Dryer, In-room Safe Large master bedroom with spectacular views of the ocean and access to the office. Bathroom has shower, double sink, WC and bidet.

Bedroom 2

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Bathrobes, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom, Hair Dryer, In-room Safe Spectacular view of the ocean. Bathroom has shower, double sink, WC and bidet. Similar to Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Bathrobes, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom, Hair Dryer, In-room Safe Next to bedroom #2. Spectacular view of the ocean. Bathroom has shower, double sink, WC and bidet.

Staff

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.

Children over 5 are allowed, no pets.
