The villa is only at two minutes drive from the beautiful “Gouverneur beach”, and the city of Gustavia.“Avalon” is located at the end of a driveway, and is surrounding by high standard new contemporary villas. The villa has a magnificent view of the ocean, the sunset, and the hills surrounding it. A spacious open living room is oriented facing the sunny deck, and the pool. The villa offers a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two of them are located on the pool side with an ocean view, and two are on the garden side.
Villas in Gouverneur: “Avalon” is adjacent to the villa “Palm Springs” and could be rented together as a 08 bedrooms villa.
