About Villa Beverly - BEV, St. Barts

Mainly built on one level (except steps leading down to the villa). The master bedroom suite is quite separate from the other bedrooms and opens to a private terrace. A large bedroom with large ensuite bathroom has pale fabrics and use of light to lend a feeling of tranquility and serenity. The three other bedrooms are next to each other and are located in the back of the villa. Each of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and decorated similarly to the master bedroom. A very large living room, dining room and kitchen face the ocean offering dramatic views. These rooms have high ceilings, terracotta tile floor and beautiful area rugs. The dining area seats 6-8 people at lovely glass table with comfortable chairs. A large terrace opens to the view and the large pool overlooking the ocean. There are wonderful breezes throughout the entire villa. Dining under the pergola is the perfect luncheon spot. Very private and comfortable the perfect villa for a large family or group of friends on holiday.

This villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.

Spacious terrace with lots of seating area. There is a dining area, although it is set back with partial ocean view. (Weber charcoal BBQ).

Gardens surround the house with large mature plantings.

BBQ , Blender , Ceiling Fan , Coffee Maker , Dishwasher , Microwave , Screens , Toaster Spacious gourmet kitchen.

Dining Room

Screens Glass table and stylish chairs that are covered with printed fabrics, opens to terrace and spectacular ocean views.

Living Room

Screens Large comfortable room with white cotton fabrics and a fantastic view. This room is set up to take advantage of breeze.

Bedroom 1

1 Queen Bed , Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan , Ensuite Bath , Screens Master bedroom with marble floors, beautiful furniture, sitting area and enormous bathroom with terrace.

Bedroom 2

2 Twin Beds , Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan , Ensuite Bath , Screens Smaller bedroom with wrought-iron beds and beautiful marble bathroom - access to terrace.

Bedroom 3

1 Queen Bed , Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan , Ensuite Bath , Screens Bamboo furniture and marble bathroom with sunken tub.

Bedroom 4

1 Queen Bed , Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan , Ensuite Bath , Screens Large bedroom (could be a second master bedroom) with bamboo canopy bed and great breezes (safe).

Staff

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
