Captiva offers a mix of contemporary and colonial style decoration. The semi circular pool overlooking Marigot bay and Minouche, the villa’s cat, will be delighted to welcome you. Sea Dream, the separate brand new bungalow is perfectly equipped and private from the main villa, with a separate entrance and parking. Sea Dream has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and an extra room for a child.

Marigot Bay is a nature reserve well known for his abundance of fish perfect for snorkeling. You will be able to snorkel in the warm and turquoise water of the nature reserve and observe the multitudes of brightly coloured fish.The property, on the bay, has a private dock with access to the ocean.
