You will appreciate the terrace overlooking Pointe Milou, Lorient and St Jean bays, also well-exposed to the sun all day long.The villa is nicely decorated with contemporary paintings, and comfortable sofas inviting you to relax.

Living Room/Dining Room: The living room opens onto the terrace and the pool with the seaview. It is equipped with a LCD screen TV, DVD and CD player, an American satellite (DishNetwork), Ipod connection,celing fans and a high speed internet access with wireless.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine,ceiling fan, iron and ironing board and on the terrace a gas barbecue.

Bedrooms

The two bedrooms open onto the living and offer a seaview. Both are air-condtioned with have a king size beds, ceiling fan, mosquito screens, safe,a LCD screen TV with a DVD player and with the US channels reception from the living, and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.

Pool

The pool measures 13.12 x 9.84 ft. and is surrounded by a nice terrace facing the ocean.
