“Cumulus” comprises of 4 bungalows spread throughout a tropical garden. It includes the main villa, which is fully air-conditioned. This main villa offers three bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a living room with a library, a large Italian “gourmet kitchen” and a dining area that has room for 8 guests. Outside, you will be able to relax under a large covered terrace with large sofas and a dining room. At the rear of the main villa there is a bungalow with a bedroom and private bathroom that offers both an indoor and outdoor shower. Underneath the 52 ft pool is a spacious studio equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom.The fully air conditioned fitness room is equipped with 8 machines.
Close to the main villa is “Creole Case” specifically for children comprising of two small rooms, a kitchenette, a living room, and a bathroom. All the bungalows are surrounded by a beautiful garden where over 250 trees of all kinds are planted. There are palm trees, coconut palms, mango, lime, ficus, black olive and 150 red bougainvillea that decorate this villa as all of this is surrounded by 8,000 sqf of synthetic grass.
This villa is eco-friendy as Ecology has guided the choice of his happy owner. All buildings are air-conditioned with low energy systems and all lighting is “led". In addition, sophistication has not been forgotten in this brand new villa. Amenities offered are Satellite TV with a flat screen and high definition, internet with wifi, fax, scanner, photocopier and telephone. There are TVs and DVD players in all 4 bedrooms, the living room, and the fitness room.
This gated property is located just a short drive from Lorient where the supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are located. The beach is a 2 minute drive from this villa. This villa is perfect for a large family.
