Villa Dunes is the only estate within a walking distance from Saline beach and its smooth white sands and turquoise ocean water.
This luxury villa offers high tech amenities such as heated pools, gym, office, outdoor showers, palapa for spa services as well as a lavish interior and decadent bedroom suites.
The design of this property is comprised of a main building and also includes two guest bungalows 300 feet down the hill perfect for private guests or staff accommodations.
Dunes main building is built on 3 levels including large bedrooms and living rooms, two kitchens, spacious wooden decks, two heated pool, graded terraces, an office and gym.
On the main level features a master bedroom suite, a large living area, and two fully equipped kitchens; one air-conditioned and the order open on the large inside dining area with a high bar able to accommodate up to 20 guests.
On the upper level feature a master bedroom with balcony and a breathtaking view over Saline beach, the pools and terrace. Two other guest bedrooms are located on each side of that master bedroom; one has a private access to a deck overlooking the ocean view, and one offers view on the Saline pond and the hills beyond. All 3 bedrooms have their private bathroom with shower.
Going down the stairs between the 2 pools, you will reach to the garden and the 2 independent one bedroom guest houses.
The first guesthouse features a large bedroom with adjacent bathroom, and a large outside living room as well as the fully equipped kitchen.
The second guesthouse offers covered terrace open on the tropical garden plus bedroom and bathroom.
As one of the island newest properties, villa Dune can be describe as exclusives refined and luxurious with the newest amenities.
