The design of the building is based on clear cut straight lines and angles, which give a striking effect with the use of natural materials. The interior is a harmonious mixture of traditional and contemporary with the use of rich warm earth tones and different shades of woods.The tour of the villa begins upon entering the main house, there are two bedrooms at the entrance side by side, these two bedrooms are practically identical in style and decor except for the color scheme. On the other side of these bedrooms there are sliding glass doors which lead on to the terrace and view. Beyond that is the interior living area, inside dining area and kitchen. Large elegant beige sofas furnish the living room. The inside dining area is in this room as well, with the same size dining area outside on the covered terrace.

There is also an exterior living area. The pool is large with square arches going over the top of it giving symmetrical harmony to the exterior of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped and has state-of-art steel equipment including wine coolers, sub zero fridge and a professional stove with double ovens and grill top. The biggest "master" bedroom is located off the pool, it has elegant dark wood floors, large flat screen TV, DVD and American satellite, sitting area, dressing room and very large bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in a traditional style St Bart's "case" with a mahogany 4 poster bed with mosquito netting. The wooden outside stairway leads you to another large bedroom on the lower level, with a garden of cacti. This spacious bedroom has its own sitting room and is adjoined by the fully equipped gym. Bedroom six is located in an independent studio underneath the main villa with the its own sitting room and ensuite bathroom.

A 4WD Car is highly recommended.

Terrace

Garden

Lush tropical gardens with a rugged path up to a deck located above the property with a panoramic view. The only area to enjoy the sunsets.

Kitchen

BBQ, Blender, Coffee Maker, Icemaker, Microwave, Toaster Gourmet kitchen with large, central island. An enormous professional stove with double oven, wine cooler and exquisite dishware.

Dining Room

An indoor dining room off the living area with long wood table and a second one on the covered terrace.

Living Room

A large spacious, bright and open living area with designer beige sofas, modern wood coffee table and cabinets. Satellite TV, DVD & WiFi.

Gym

There is a fully equipped gym with treadmill and daybed - located off of bedroom #5.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath The master suite with sitting area has dark wood floors and furniture. Large ensuite bathroom and dressing room. Equipped with TV/DVD and stereo.

Bedroom 2

1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath This bedroom is located near the entrance of the villa with dark wood, white and red decor. Equipped with TV/DVD Player.

Bedroom 3

1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath This bedroom is located near the entrance of the villa with dark wood, white and blue decor. Equipped with TV/DVD Player.

Bedroom 4

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Mosquito Netting Located in a traditional Creole case, wooden floors and 4-poster bed with mosquito netting. Bathroom not ensuite, located in separate bungalow.

Bedroom 5

2 Twin Beds, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath On lower level, a very large room w/green and beige decor. Large twin beds pushed together. Opens to cacti garden w/sitting room. TV and DVD Player.

Bedroom 6

2 Twin Beds, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath In an independent studio on the lower level with kitchenette. White and red decor. The beds are pushed together to make a king.
