As you enter in the front door you have a large, wide-open space, which splits, as a living room/dining room. There are three walls, which face the terrace/pool. These walls slide up and down with the aid of a remote control, thus affording one the option of having an immense space or the protection of a closed area. There are also dark bamboo shades on all three walls, which one can pull down to protect against afternoon sunlight. This dining room living area opens up onto a tiled, covered terrace, which then continues out onto the pool/ terrace and view. The pool deck area is teak with teak lounge chairs. Along one side of the pool there is a fully equipped wet bar with bar stools. There is a lush garden area both in front and to the right of the pool, with an open shower overlooking the sea. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped with a stainless steel stove/oven as well as stainless steel counter tops. There is a breakfast bar which open onto the dining/living room area. The 2 bedrooms are located on the second level with each containing French doors opening on to a small private terrace. The floors on the second level are laid out in exquisite, bamboo wood. Each bedroom has a large, beautifully tiled bathroom with two sinks. The bedrooms are separated by a corridor, which contains a toilet and three closets. Above on both sides of the corridor there is an open storage space.

Terrace

Nice terrace with dining area and several lounge chairs for relaxing. Sweeping ocean views.

Garden

Multi-leveled gardens w/ lush plants and cactus surrounding the pool area & master bedroom. A sloping garden w/ steps leads up to the front entrance.

Kitchen

BBQ , Blender , Coffee Maker , Dishwasher , Icemaker, Microwave, Toaster Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel counter tops and oven stove. Breakfast bar with two stools.

Dining Room

An indoor/outdoor dining area. Each area seating 6 people.

Living Room

An indoor/outdoor area w/ 2 rattan sofas & a low round table with small sitting stools. A beautiful game table w/ two chairs for chess & backgammon.

Study

Furnished with 2 beige/off white rattan sofas. French doors lead out on to an enclosed terrace with view of the ocean. (TV/DVD & stereo).

Bedroom 1

1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning , Ensuite Bath Master bedroom with French doors opening onto a small terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

Bedroom 2

1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning , Ensuite Bath French doors open onto a small terrace.

Staff
