LAB is one of two villas located on the hillside right at the top of Petit Cul de Sac, in the exclusive gated community of Domaine du Levant. It offers three beds, three baths, a large pool and breath-taking views over Petit Cul de Sac to Tortue Island and distant St Martin. The three bedrooms are of similar size and comfort, and all open to a terrace with ocean view. The spacious living area and fully equipped, modern kitchen open onto the pool and terrace , where the dining area overlooks the ocean, and benefits from the cooling breeze. The private community beach is just a pleasant stroll away.
This villa can also be rented together with neighbouring Villa Baby Blue to provide a two villa estate of 5 bedrooms, the perfect vacation spot for a gathering of family and friends.
