The main plantation house is comprised of a spacious upstairs Master Suite with a king bed, a sitting area as well as his and her baths. Downstairs features a sprawling living room with billiard table, a huge gourmet kitchen, an outdoor dining area on the large covered veranda and a complete media room. Three independent cottages are located on the property. The Alexia Bungalow which is at the front of the property features a king bedroom, sitting room, two bathrooms, a kitchenette and a fitness room. The Philippe Bungalow which is located in the middle of the property, boasts two queen four poster beds, a bath ensuite and full kitchen. The Helen Bungalow, which is located near the entrance of the property, features a king bedroom and bath, kitchen and a small second bedroom with bath ensuite that would suitable for a young child or Nanny. The villas large yard is very unusual for St. Barth and offers a gazebo and sitting area that is perfect for children. The large naturally heated swimming pool is located at the front of the property and has music, a wet bar, guest bath and a gorgeous view of the area. US Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available throughout the residence. Le Manoir is a child friendly estate.
