Not too high, so the shops, the restaurant and the café are at a walking distance from the villa… And not too low, so the villa has a panoramic view on the harbour, the ocean, and the sunset.
The villa “Prestige” is spacious has an ocean views from all the rooms. The large living area is open on a covered terrace with an outside dining room. The living room has large sofas facing the ocean. Villa Prestige is one of the few villas in Saint Barts that have an air conditoned living room and kitchen. The large pool overlooks the harbour and the ocean and the tanning lovers will love the sundeck equipped with a water sprayer. After the sunset, the lights of Gustavia shine a lot of life onto this villa.
