Furnished with world renowned Christian Liagre contemporary furniture, American, modern art work and its assorted eclectic collection of antiques harmonize with the traditional colonial concept of the villa.

Villa BAC is perfect for families as well as people with mobility problems. There is a lot of outside area to sit or dine in the shade under the covered terrace or by the heated pool underneath the flamboyant tree.

If there is a large party traveling together "FDC" is close by, which could accommodate 4 more people in a two bedroom.

SPECIAL NOTE: this villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.

Terrace

Large wooden terrace that wraps around the villa with sitting area, a ping pong table & 2 hammocks. Pool alarm & fence can be put up for children.

Lush and tropical gardens with palms, bougainvillea and flamboyant trees.

Kitchen

BBQ, Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, gas stove. New kitchen with top of the line appliances, dutch door. Opening to terrace with garden view.

Dining Room

Located outside on the covered terrace with teak table and 6 teak chairs.

Living Room

Over-stuffed furniture with big cushions, open and cooled by gentle breezes.

Bedroom 1

Located in a separate cottage at the entrance of the villa, the bedrooms features a 04 poster bed Queen bed, Air Conditioning, closet, Ensuite Bath with single vanity, inside shower, In-room Safe Island style with wooden floors and walls, 4-poster bed. Tub in bathroom.

Bedroom 2

Attached to the living-room , in a private pavillion, the master bedrooms features a double bed, Air Conditioning, closet, Ensuite Bath with single vanity, inside shower, In-room Safe Very pretty ocean view bedroom with Indonesian bed.

Bedroom 3

Located on the upper level and access via stairs , the guest bedroom features 2 Twin Beds, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath Decorates with white and beige with dark wood floors, views over the ocean and pool. Tub in the bathroom.

Bedroom 4

A smaller 4th bedroom for a single person.

Staff

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
