About Vialenc - VIA, St. Barts

Occupied from 1940 to 1960 by the island's first and unique doctor, Dr Louis VIALENC, the house is conveniently located at the entrance of Gustavia. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wrap around terrace overlooking the harbor, the villa boasts sumptuous sunset views year-round and is a perfect watch post from which to admire the passing sailboats and yachts.

There is also a lovely, sunny garden on the south side.

Within walking distance of the island's very best luxury shopping and some of its finest restaurants, Villa VIA is truly the perfect town house !

** Holiday rate is applied for the St Bart Buckett, Les Voiles de Saint Barth, Easter time, and the week of Thanksgiving. **

Terrace

Wrap around terrace facing the harbor, with teak furniture to enjoy the view, and opening onto the side garden.

Garden

Located on the left hand-side of the villa when facing the ocean. Lawn with outside furniture to sit and relax.

Kitchen

Gourmet kitchen, opening onto Colonial style dining area.

Living Room

Comfortable sofas, wooden floor, located off the dining room, opens onto garden. Large flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite US + French, and WiFi.

Bedroom 1

Large, A/C, Four poster King size bed, wooden floor, Colonial style, TV and DVD player, Ensuite bathroom Connects with living, kitchen, dining room. Everything is under one roof.

Bedroom 2

Located in the back of the villa, Colonial style. A/C. Shares bathroom w/ bedroom 3. Connects with living, dining, kitchen.

Bedroom 3

Large, Four poster King size bed, A/C, Colonial style. Shares bathroom w/ bedroom 2.

Staff

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
