The dark rattan sofas and chairs in the living room allow guests to enjoy the state-of-the-art music system and entertainment center in absolute comfort. The satellite dish network TV and DVD player can be activated with the touch of a remote button. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities and comes complete with a breakfast bar to separate it from the living area.
The ample sitting/dining area features a mahogany dining table that easily accommodates eight guests for comfortable dinners with family and friends.
Four-poster king size beds as well as satellite dish TV and DVD players can be found in three of the four meticulously appointed bedrooms that open on one of the two reflecting pools and terraces. The fourth bedroom was designed for children, with multiple shelves, and three large windows offering commanding ocean views as well as a two-sink bathroom across the hall.
Multi-level terraces furnished with chaise lounges on alternate levels provide comfortable seating overlooking the two reflecting pools located on either side of the villa. An additional outdoor dining area on one of the terraces overlooks the pool, giving another dimension to the array of features that make Villa
AJF a coveted destination for a perfect vacation.

Mulit-level terrace with glass partitions. Covered seating area for dining and barbecuing on the Weber Grill. All overlooking the ocean.
Kitchen
Blender, Ceiling Fan, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Icemaker, Microwave, Toaster Large well equipped gourmet kitchen with new stainless appliances and a breakfast bar. Opens to dining room.
Dining Room
A large dining area with beautiful views, mahogany table easily seating 8 guests.
Living Room
Dark rattan sofas and chairs with elegant Versace fabrics and 42" flat screen TV and DVD. Two sets of French doors leading to the terrace and pool.
Bedroom 1
1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom Has a 4-poster bed and a comfortable window seat with bookshelves. Doors lead out to terrace and reflecting pool. Ocean views.
Bedroom 2
1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, DVD Player, Ensuite Bathroom, TV Second master w/4-poster bed. Office area that is equipped with phone/fax and computer. Doors lead to pool and terrace.
Bedroom 3
1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, DVD Player, TV Third master across from bedroom #2 w/ 4-poster bed and two doors leading to pool and terrace. Bathroom is next door to bedroom (not ensuite).
Bedroom 4
2 Twin Beds, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, DVD Player, TV Nice bedroom with large windows to ocean views. Not a good bedroom for couples as ceiling opens to living room. Bathroom across the hall w/2 sinks.
Staff
- Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
- Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
