The living room is in the center and opens onto the covered terrace with dining area. Features a very well-equipped kitchen which opens to a view on both sides.The pool is large and heated (winter only) with lots of chaises on the stone terrace. The terrace and pool are surrounded by a large lawn and garden with tropical flowers.

A perfect villa for families or traveling friends.

Although there is one step into the villa that gives access to someone in a wheel chair.

BBQ , Blender , Coffee Maker , Microwave Well equipped European style kitchen.

Dining Room

Covered dining room is located outside beside the pool and gardens with teak table and chairs.

Living Room

Very large and elegant living room with good reading lights and direct access to the terrace and pool. Wonderful breezes from Marigot Bay.

Bedroom 1

1 King bed , Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan , En suite Bath Master bedroom with 4-poster bed and direct access to pool and ocean view.

Bedroom 2

Twins or 1 King bed, Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan , En suite Bath Bedroom that is closest to the kitchen with Japanese platform bed. The beds can be pushed together to make a king. Opens to pool and view.

Bedroom 3

1 King bed , Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan , En suite Bath Connected to bedroom #2 with a very comfortable with 4-poster bed. Opens to view over Marigot Bay.

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
