The spacious, comfortable and modern living room opens onto the terrace and faces the splendid ocean view. At the back, the well-equipped kitchen, with stainless appliances, is separated from the living room by a large bar. Decorated with taste, the two equal bedrooms are in each side of the living-room with their en-suite bathroom, private terrace and view.

The outdoor covered dining area is ideal for lunch or dinner. Villa CAS is a perfect getaway for couples, friends or families.

Large terrace with some covered areas for relaxing, tanning, and dining. The gazebo has comfortable, white sofas with green cushions. 3 deckchairs.

Kitchen

Blender, Dishwasher, Freezer, Gas Stove, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Toaster Large, open kitchen, modern, with stainless appliances. Separated from the living room by a bar with 4 white stools.

Dining Room

Outdoor, covered dining area by the pool with white table for 6-8 guests.

Living Room

DVD Player, Flat Screen TV, Satellite TV, WiFi Opens onto the terrace, deck, and the pool. View over the ocean and landscape. Comfortable, blue leather sofa.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, iPod Docking Station, Office Equipment, Safe, Satellite TV, Screens Opens onto the private terrace and the view. Has a small office and dressing area.
