This villa has the double advantage of being really secluded, and at the same time near to Gustavia down town, with its lively shops, restaurants, and Shell beach.
Villa Chloe (CKQ) is a typical traditional St-Barth case with a designed taste. The villa is built in 4 levels. The master bedroom is located on the first upper level and offers an amazing view. It has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second level features the main pavilion. The comfortable living room opens onto a well equipped kitchen and a dining area. It also opens at the back to a second dining area.
The heated plunge pool is located on the third level. The terrace is well exposed to the sun for part of the day. After that, you may enjoy the natural breeze that invites you to relax nearby the pool.
The second bedroom is located on the fourth level. There is a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Villa CKQ is perfect for honeymooners, as it is located in a private and romantic spot.
A third bedroom is under construction. The villa can be rented as a 3 bedroom villa starting December 15th, 2011.

Terrace
Nice terrace that surrounds the pool. Well exposed to the morning sun. Deck with 4 lounge chairs. Very private & intimate. Outdoor shower. Heated pool in Winter only / Upon request in Summer.

Charcoal BBQ area, across the road. Lovely tropical garden.
Kitchen
Fridge, Freezer, Stove, Oven, toaster, coffee maker.Well-equipped wooden kitchen. Connected to the living and dining area and opens to the view.
Dining Room
With two dining areas, you can choose in or out, with either Gustavia or St Jean as backdrop.
Living Room
Living room with two sofas. Opens onto kitchen, dining room offering a double view over St Jean bay & Gustavia harbor. Flat screen TV, Dishnetwork, DVD player, Ipod docking station, internet w/ WiFi.
Bedroom 1
1 Queen bed, Air Conditioning, Safe, Ensuite Bath w/ single vanity & walk-in shower. Located in the first level. Opens onto view overlooking Gustavia harbor & Sint Maarten.
Bedroom 2
1 Double bed, Air conditioning, Ensuite Bath w/ single vanity & walk-in shower. Located in the fourth level. Opens onto garden view. Perfect for an older child or teen.
Staff
- Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
- Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
- Concierge and Maintenance services.
