About Villa Hiver Etoiles - ANK, St. Barts

This pretty new villa is decorated with contemporary furniture. The spacious living room opens onto the large terrace, which offers pleasant, covered dining and living areas. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances is separated by a breakfast nook from the inside living room. Two equal King size bedrooms are located on each side of the living room. Both open onto the terrace and face the view. The third bedroom, located in an independent cottage, offers the same amenities as the others.

A large terrace surrounds the infinity pool that swimmers are sure to enjoy! Some lounge chairs invite you to relax or sunbathe while admiring the view.

This villa is cooled by a nice ocean breeze and offers a sunset view.

**The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.

Large terrace surrounding the pool and facing the view. Features deckchairs and covered living and dining areas. Large heated infinity pool with steps. Swim against the current.

Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Fans, Freezer, Gas Stove, Icemaker, Juicer, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Toaster Modern, well-equipped kitchen w/ stainless appliances. Opens into living room, separated by a bar.

Dining Room

Teak table for 6 guests under the outdoor covered part of the terrace. Faces the view & pool.

Living Room

Fans, Fax Machine, Flat Screen TV, Satellite TV, WiFi Shares the room with the kitchen. Features comfortable sofas. Opens onto terrace, pool and view, as well as outdoor, covered living areas.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom, Hair Dryer, Safe, TV Opens onto terrace & view. Connects to living room. Dark wood furniture with red fabrics. Similar to bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom, Hair Dryer, Safe Opens onto terrace & view. Connects to living room. Dark wood furniture with off-white fabrics. Similar to bedroom 1 but on opposite side of the LR.

Bedroom 3

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, DVD Player, Ensuite Bathroom, Flat Screen TV Located in an independent cottage. Opens onto garden & view. Dark wood furniture w/ off-white fabrics.

Staff

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
